As our new Essential Implementation Manager, you will join our Professional Services team, the team responsible for delivering smooth, fast, and high-quality onboarding experiences for our new mid-market (Essentials) customers. You will :
- Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle - from Sales handover and discovery to platform launch and handover to Support- blending project management, platform configuration, learning strategy, and integration of the platform into HR customer’s ecosystem.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, design their platform architecture, guide technical setup (data imports, user management, integrations), and provide strategic advice on content organization and learner engagement to maximize adoption.
- Ensure successful go-lives, high customer satisfaction, and consistently high-quality deployments, while also helping capitalize on and improve internal processes.
