About the Role
Abnormal AI is seeking a Talent Brand Manager to own the execution and scaling of our Talent Brand, shaping how our mission, employee experience, and AI-native ways of working are represented across all candidate and employee touchpoints. This role is responsible for turning Talent Brand strategy into systems and programs that compellingly communicate our EVP and show up consistently across social channels, employer platforms, Careers Site, and the candidate journey.
You will operate as a senior Individual Contributor, partnering closely with Brand, Corporate Comms, Content, Talent Acquisition, and regional teams to deliver global Talent Brand content and programs.

- Own Talent Brand content and storytelling across owned external channels, ensuring they stay current, mission-aligned, and reflective of the employee experience, and partnering with Brand to maintain visual and narrative consistency.
- Manage and evolve Abnormal’s Talent Brand presence across employer platforms, strengthening third-party credibility and ensuring our external reputation reflects who we are today.
- Develop and maintain measurement models that define where we invest, where we do not, and how Talent Brand performance is evaluated, using signals to guide prioritization, iteration, and long-term focus.
- Pilot and test new content formats and channels to meet talent where they are, especially AI-forward and technical audiences, and make informed decisions about what should scale based on performance and relevance.
- Partner with Brand and Internal Multimedia teams to develop campaign-driven Talent Brand content that supports hiring priorities and broader company moments, and identify opportunities to integrate employee storytelling into brand-led initiatives and cross-share content where it adds credibility and reach.
- Become the internal owner and subject matter expert for our employee storytelling video tool, expanding its use cases, embedding it into storytelling workflows, and enabling teams to participate confidently and consistently.
- Use AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and scale across Talent Brand work, continuously refining how programs operate and modeling AI-forward ways of working within People and Company Operations.
