Manager - Account Management, Sydney
We are seeking a leader to establish and lead our new Pooled Account Management (AUNZ) team in Sydney. This role will build a scalable function that delivers an exceptional experience to our portfolio of mid-sized, fast-growth merchants. You will design and implement a pooled Account Management model focused on efficiency and proactive engagement, ensuring strong account health while identifying growth opportunities across international payments, fraud management, and point-of-sale solutions.
With a strategic and hands-on leadership style, you will set the team’s vision, operating model, and performance standards, playing a key role in driving merchant growth and retention as the team scales.
