The International team is responsible for growing Affirm’s presence & performance with merchants across the globe and building the products & capabilities that enable Affirm to enter into new verticals and markets.
As a Group Product Management Manager on the International team, you will drive Affirm’s expansion and growth in the UK and new international markets – from iterating on the product vision, refining the product strategy, developing a roadmap, and leading execution.
In this role, you will scale and manage a team of Product Managers owning surface areas across our Purchase Experiences for the UK and new markets, partnering closely with a broad set of cross functional teams to drive International strategy and outcomes across Affirms largest strategic partners. Effective stakeholder management and ability to successfully navigate organizational dynamics are a must for success. You should be commercially minded, be high agency with a bias towards action, and comfortable having technical conversations and opinions.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
GBR base pay range per year: £162,000 - £202,000
