Job Title: Senior Pricing Analyst

SUMMARY
Agile Defense is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic Pricing Department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical government missions, develop strategic pricing solutions, and collaborate with executive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
The successful individual will be integral in supporting and/or leading the development of competitive and compliant cost/price proposals for large and complex government contracts. The Senior Pricing Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contracts, finance, capture management, and technical experts, to create strategic pricing models and narratives, ensuring adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government proposal pricing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support and/or lead the development of cost/price proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP instructions, FAR, CAS, and company policies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, develop pricing strategies, and produce compelling, compliant proposals.
· Develop pricing templates, narratives, and business cases for both services and products.
· Support and/or lead strategic pricing discussions and contribute to price-to-win (PTW) strategy.
· Support executive leadership in defining pricing strategies, including risk analysis and pricing adjustments for specialized skills and technology.
· Analyze competitive pricing trends and assess cost proposals for compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
· Manage cost volume templates, conduct price reviews, and ensure the successful submission of proposals.
· Respond to Evaluation Notice (EN) and Final Proposal Revision (FPR) inquiries, as required.
· Review contracts upon award or modifications to ensure conformance to submitted pricing proposal and payment schedule.
· Maintain GSA and other applicable price lists/schedules.
· Conduct peer reviews, color reviews and white glove pre-submittal reviews, as required.
· Mentor and train junior pricing analysts, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Background, and Years of Experience
· BA/BS in Accounting/Finance preferred with 6+ years' experience with pricing in the federal government environment
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
· BA/BS in Accounting/Finance preferred, with 6+ years' experience with pricing in the federal government environment.
· Strong working experience in federal pricing, including various contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ, GSA Schedules, etc.).
· Proficiency in developing and/or leading complex cost/price volumes for large government proposals.
· Strong working knowledge of FAR, CAS, DCMA, and government proposal compliance.
· Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA)/Wage Determination requirements as well as CONUS/OCONUS labor laws for all contract types, preferred.
· Ability to develop dynamic pricing models and manage large data sets.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Environmental Conditions
· Agile Defense HQ office in Reston, VA. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Strength Demands
· Sedentary – 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
