Airbnb’s Talent Partner (HRBP) team is responsible for delivering the most critical components of HR services, including advising leaders, managers and employees on people matters, supporting the planning and delivery of cyclical talent programs, collaborating with COEs on global program delivery, partnering with functional experts on research and investigations, and supporting function specific or regionally driven projects, among other responsibilities and opportunities.

They possess strong influencing, coaching and mentoring skills and consistently build effective relationships with executives and employees at all levels. We are seeking an HR thought leader who can seamlessly balance strategic partnership with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach.

The Senior Talent Partner (HRBP Lead) EMEA leads a team of three Talent Partners and Advisors, supporting over 700+ employees and leaders across the EMEA region. This role partners closely with Functional Talent Directors, the EMEA Regional Director, Country Managers and regional functional leaders to implement both global and functional people programs that drive business success.
Acting as a bridge between Global Talent teams and the Region, the Senior Talent Partner collaborates with the Functional Talent Business Directors and regional leadership to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of Talent initiatives. This highly collaborative position operates within a matrix environment, working alongside HR Centres of Excellence, other Regional Talent teams, HR Operations and Functional Talent teams to deliver programs that are appropriately tailored at the functional, global, and local levels.
In partnership with HR Centres of Excellence and Functional Talent Directors, the Senior Talent Partner champions the people agenda—supporting performance management, employee relations, rewards, and compliance with local labor regulations. Additionally, the Senior Talent Partner represents Employee Experience (EX) on the EMEA Leadership Team, aligning EX priorities and work streams to best support the diverse needs and functional priorities of the region. The role reports directly to the Global Core EX Director based in Dublin, Ireland.
