Community Support (CS) has increasingly become a key driver of enabling Airbnb's core business. Community Support Engineering is responsible for the world-class technology, architecture, and solutions that power CS at Airbnb. The Difference You Will Make:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer who is passionate about making a difference through their work. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work in a global collaboration environment and lead the project execution for better Airbnb customers and agents experience. You will develop and evolve CS engineering foundations with long term strategies, such as Routing, Data Platform, Case Management, and foundational toolings etc. You will be expected with AI/ML/LLM project experience to level up and enhance CS engineering foundations AI capabilities with more intelligences, given Airbnb and CSP’s increasing focus on AI-driven solutions.

This position is China - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
