The Difference You Will Make:
Our team is building an AI driven growth platform to serve as a true growth engine for Airbnb's supply expansion. This platform will leverage AI-driven intelligence to provide sales insights, meet diverse supply needs, help current hosts achieve greater success on the Airbnb platform, and build lead funnels to attract more high-quality hosts to Airbnb.
There is immense potential for AI-driven initiatives to revolutionize the supply funnel at Airbnb. This role presents an exciting opportunity to create a unique and impactful platform that addresses complex business challenges.
In this position, you will closely collaborate with and influence stakeholders across technical, business, product, and design teams to identify, scope, and deliver critical initiatives. As you lead efforts across these stakeholders and work with a distributed team of engineers, you will also actively contribute to prototyping, evaluating, and implementing solutions. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is inclusive of allowances and is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentives, one or more equity programs, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
