The Global Labor Law Manager plays a key role in shaping and safeguarding Aleph’s global employment framework across 150+ countries. This position ensures that our people practices, policies, and processes comply with labor and employment regulations worldwide, while enabling business growth in a truly international environment.
As part of a highly collaborative global People & Legal function, you will be the go-to expert on labor law matters, partnering closely with HR, leadership teams, and external counsel.
