What you’ll do
Our Performance Advisory team works with healthy, under-performing and distressed companies across a variety of urgent, high impact situations. We help our clients adapt and thrive during a period of immense pressure in the industry. From day one, you will get a chance to deliver real impact and work with clients when it really matters.
The Performance Advisory team help clients deliver significant improvement in business performance and enterprise value across all subsectors.
You will work across industries – from consumer products to mining to restaurants to financial services and private equity – developing insights quickly from imperfect data and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations. The type of work will vary day-to-day, month-to-month; some examples include:
- Building, refining and interpreting complex financial models;
- Supporting sector initiatives and other business development opportunities through conducting market research and company analyses;
- Supporting engagements from growth strategy development to operational turnarounds;
- Assist in drafting client presentation materials;
- Attending client meetings and communicating with clients and colleagues in written and oral form
This is a full time Consultant position. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you’ll need
- 4+ years of professional experience in finance, analytics, investment analysis or similar.
- Consulting experience beneficial but not required – however, strong interest in consulting and comfort working in ambiguity is essential.
- Advanced financial modelling capability, including building models from scratch, evaluating multiple scenarios, interpreting outputs and translating findings into clear, commercial insights.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to communicate insights clearly and confidently.
- High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast paced environment.
- True passion for achieving ambitious results.
- As we grow our office and business in Australia, the role focus heavily on business development, market research as well as delivery, requiring adaptability and openness to varied, evolving responsibilities each day.
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday

Education Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related quantitative discipline is essential.
- Master’s degree and / or an MBA desirable.
