ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is part of the Learning R&D Team, which drives program innovation and research at ALX Africa. We design new programs, codify learning principles, and ensure consistent quality across our program portfolio at scale.
As a Workforce & Learning Researcher, you will be the eyes and ears of the organization when it comes to workforce demand and learning innovation. You will research industry trends, skills gaps, and learner needs across geographies, and transform these insights into recommendations for new program verticals and curriculum improvements.
This role requires a mix of analytical rigor, curiosity, and creativity. You’ll work closely with learning designers, industry partners, and other external stakeholders to ensure our programs remain relevant, future-oriented, and aligned with real workforce demand.

This role is a full-time position.
WORK HOURS
The required work hours are 40 hours per week.
Due to the considerable amount of virtual working and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually. Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential. As an employee, you will be encouraged to continually develop your capability & attain certifications to reflect your growth as an individual.
