Location: North Vancouver, BC - This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid remote work.
Work Arrangement: Flexible, between in-office and home
Pay Range: $44,700 - $55,100/year; pay is dependent on year of study and related experience
Duration: Four (4) months, May – August 2026
Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, M-F
Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Functional Development – Co-Op Student, you play a key role in building our training programs for Arc’teryx’s non-Retail functions from the ground up, primarily focusing on the design of net new functional academies across Merchandising and Supply Chain. This is a hands-on role within the Global Talent team, giving you direct exposure to how learning strategies are translated into tangible, best in class training solutions that impact teams across Arc’teryx global operations.
In this role you will learn and/or use the following technology: Adobe Suite (InDesign), Articulate (e-learning authoring tool), Monday.com (Project Management tool), Scribe (workflow capture tool), AI tools. Meet Your Future Team:

The Functional Development team, part of our Global Talent Management team, is in service of building functional academies for our Merchandising and Supply Chain teams.
