We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager on Asana’s Learning & Development team, who will be responsible for driving our learning and development strategy and program implementation across our fast-growing EMEA and APJ regions. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our employee programs are localized, relevant, and impactful for our international communities, enabling our global teams to achieve their business goals.

This role will be based in our Warsaw office and reports directly to the Head of Learning and Development.
Our Warsaw office follows an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.
