As a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital member of their Growth team and responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within Italian-speaking markets. What will you do

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches.
• Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation, content briefing, and reporting.
• Support the creative team in the development of influencer content aligned with company’s premium and science-backed positioning.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.
• Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts.
