In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between Axon’s global product organization and the diverse needs of the European market. You’ll guide how our platform is delivered into sovereign and restricted cloud environments while also shaping broader product localization strategies that unlock growth across EMEA, beginning with Italy.
This role combines technical product leadership with the ability to build strategic relationships—bridging product capabilities with institutional needs to support long-term adoption and trust.
Your work will extend beyond cloud: from adapting Axon’s solutions to local legislative, language, and deployment requirements, to identifying new opportunities where tailored features can accelerate regional growth. By working closely with customers, technology leaders, and internal teams, you’ll ensure Axon’s products remain both globally scalable and locally relevant.
Work Location: This role is based out of our Rome, Italy office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
