We are looking for a Medior-level Technical Consultant with strong technical application management experience across Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure Synapse, Logic Apps, Power Platform, and solid experience in installation, deployment, and release management within complex enterprise environments.
Dutch proficiency at a professional level is essential due to ongoing collaboration with Dutch-speaking stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical application management and consultancy across AX 2009, AX 2012, and D365 Finance & Operations environments.
- Participate in the installation, configuration, optimisation, and maintenance of application components.
- Manage and execute release cycles, patches, and deployments across test, QA, and production environments.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform components, and Synapse Analytics.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance across all environments.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support migration and upgrade initiatives from legacy AX versions to Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, internal governance, change control, and security procedures.
- Provide technical mentoring to junior team members when required.
