Personal Assistant to Director (US)

Support the person, not just the position

At BJAK, we’re building Southeast Asia’s leading digital financial platform. Behind our fast-moving, high-performing company is a Director who leads with intensity, focus, and vision. As his Personal Assistant, your role is to ensure his life - not just his work - runs smoothly.

This is a high-trust, remote role based in United States, where you’ll handle both personal and logistical matters that keep the CEO fully supported. From daily routines and family arrangements to travel, errands, and personal events, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes - helping him stay focused, prepared, and balanced.

While the primary focus is on personal life management, you may occasionally support business-related executive assistant tasks when time allows.

What will you do

• Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters

• Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations

• Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations

• Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers

• Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events

• Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks

• Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation

• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

• Occasionally assist with EA-related tasks (e.g., meeting prep, follow-ups) when bandwidth allows

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role

• Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information

• Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters
