The Technical Talent Partner, Engineering – United States focuses on end-to-end hiring for US-based technical roles, supporting BJAK’s growing engineering and product teams.
This is a hands-on recruiting role. You will spend most of your time sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates. Success is measured by speed, quality of hire, and consistent delivery, not process design or policy work.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical roles, from role intake and sourcing through offer coordination and onboarding support.
Build strong candidate pipelines using US-native, community-driven, and relationship-based sourcing channels (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, engineering communities, direct outreach), beyond traditional job boards.
Partner closely with engineering and product hiring managers to clarify requirements, calibrate expectations, and keep hiring decisions moving.
Screen candidates efficiently for technical capability, mindset, and execution strength.
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and hiring decisions with speed, structure, and clarity.
Maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS and provide clear pipeline updates to stakeholders.
Source and hire high-impact talent while helping build, mentor, and upskill junior TA team members as the function scales.
Strong experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with solid exposure to the US hiring market
Proven ability to manage multiple technical roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience hiring engineers, data, product, or other technical functions is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of technical profiles and how to assess engineering talent
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using ATS systems and tracking hiring metrics
High ownership, urgency, and follow-through
