You should apply if you have:
- Up to 1 year in a QA role at a SaaS company
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales/ customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both languages: Punjabi and English
- Salesforce is a MUST
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- In-depth understanding of industry standards, company policies and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
You will be responsible for:
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of Bobtails services to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
- Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as Onboarding, Retention and Buyout Specialist environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Analyze and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaints
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
