Come Do the Best Work of Your Life at Boulevard
As an Engineering Manager on Boulevard’s Frontend Experience team, you’ll lead the evolution of our customer experiences into a modular, mobile-optimized, React-based architecture.
This role blends deep technical leadership with people management, where you’ll guide a team of engineers through a modernization journey spanning module federation, web-based mobile enablement, and design system evolution.
You’ll own the technical execution of our modular frontend strategy, helping Boulevard to deliver consistent, performant experiences across all of our customer experiences while mentoring engineers, partnering with product, and shaping the systems and culture that define how we build.
How we’ll take care of you:
Your starting total cash (base salary + bonus) compensation for this role is between $197,400 - $282,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
