About the role:

BRANDTECH+ is seeking a talented Designer to join our dynamic alcohol and spirits team. In this remote role, the Designer will collaborate closely with internal social and creative teams to develop trend-driven, social-first content for monthly calendars. You’ll take digital and social projects from brief to completion, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table. Working hand-in-hand with the social media team, you’ll conceptualize and recommend engaging content that resonates with our clients' audiences.

What you will be doing:

Content Creation & Design

• Execute creative concepts for social-first campaigns and monthly content calendars for leading alcohol and spirits brands.
• Design engaging social assets—including memes and quick-turnaround graphics— using tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Create high-impact static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video content that drives engagement across platforms.
• Repurpose and reformat existing assets while ideating fresh, inspiring content tailored to platform specifications.

Strategic Collaboration + Support

• Collaborate closely with the social team to stay informed on new products, features, and evolving brand priorities.
• Provide counsel on social best practices and emerging platforms, ensuring strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Assist with monthly content planning while remaining agile to adapt to shifting brand objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute fresh ideas within existing brand guidelines to evolve visual standards and maintain consistency across channels.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of design experience in an advertising, public relations, or creative agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social media design and communication, particularly for Instagram and Facebook.
• Creative flair and concepting skills with the ability to generate ideas across multiple platforms; strong art direction and storytelling capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with experience in Canva, social media editing, and video/motion graphics using CapCut, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing principles, multi-channel strategies, and and U.S. social trends.
• Strong typography, layout, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas to teams and clients.
• Multi-cultural creative marketing experience strongly preferred; experience in the lcohol and spirits category is a plus.
