About the role:
The Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our existing talented Project Management team to drive a project from brief to delivery. Leading on projects while working with our dynamic teams across the business, our project managers successfully deliver projects following BTG+ ways of working. Develops and builds strong relationships with the Account Management, Project Management and creative teams, along with local clients across the North America market
The role delivers an exceptional level of client service and creative thinking, as well as having an active role in driving efficiencies and lead growth across all categories. You will have experience working in an integrated post-production environment and delivering high volumes of adaptations, collaborating with a network of creatives across the globe. You will also work closely with the Account Director and client teams to forecast upcoming campaign work and partner with the Resource Manager to ensure that we are able to forecasted future work withing the team’s capacity.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of our client in-market campaign portfolio and its cultural nuances. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects within the North America market. Working with your clients to initiate and scope new briefs, managing pipeline of work, preparing production-ready briefs for creatives, allocating required resources, designing project plans for delivery and ensuring the accurate interpretation of WIP feedback during the creative process. You will ensure project plans are communicated internally and externally for stakeholder alignment, whilst identifying and mitigating against project risks at all times.
You will be responsible for the management, collaboration and facilitation of our creative teams, striving to find solutions on day-to-day challenges and decision points. You’ll have the ability to drive and motivate the team, ensuring they remain focussed and connected through to successful project completion.
