Braze’s Services Consultants act as trusted advisors to our prospective clients and Sales team during the sales process, adapting their extensive expertise on the Braze services to meet customer needs. Our Services Consultants support the Braze sales organization during pre-sales in scoping client service requirements, presenting our service offerings, building comfort and confidence of the value of Braze services, and positioning optimal service pricing and packaging to potential customers.
