The Operations Rotational Program
Throughout this 18–20 month program, you'll rotate through two of our Operations teams, developing expertise in risk management, operations, and data analysis. Building on the program’s success within Operations, some participants may also have the opportunity to rotate through other orgs at Brex, such as Accounting — gaining experience in procurement and operating expenses, cash receipts and disbursements recordkeeping, bank reconciliations, and more. You'll contribute to critical process improvements, implementing scalable solutions and leveraging AI to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.
Where You'll Work
This role will be based in our São Paulo office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
