We are seeking a Partner Operations Vice President to lead the firm’s relationships with custodians and WealthTech providers. This role is critical in driving seamless integrations, alternative investment operational efficiency, and partner success across CAIS’ ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in custody operations, technology integrations, and wealth management infrastructure, coupled with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial change agent to shape the future of alternative investments by building the connective infrastructure that powers the independent wealth channel.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

Additionally, CAIS offers a flexible, hybrid in-office model; for most roles, we do require a minimum of 3 days in office per week.
