What’s so great about working on Calendly’s Infrastructure team?
The Cloud Infrastructure team sits at the center of Calendly’s platform, enabling reliability, scalability, and performance for millions of users around the world. We own the systems and platforms that power Calendly’s core product, and our work directly impacts every engineering team across the company. As part of this team, you’ll work on high-leverage problems at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and finance. You’ll have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, introduce new practices and tooling, and shape how Calendly thinks about sustainable growth and operational excellence. This is a team that values strong technical judgment, thoughtful tradeoffs, and long-term thinking.
Why do we need you? We are looking for a Staff FinOps Engineer who brings deep technical expertise, strong ownership, and a passion for driving impact at scale. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring sustainable cloud and SaaS usage while enabling rapid innovation. You will report to the Director of Infrastructure and will be responsible for owning FinOps strategy and execution across Calendly’s cloud and SaaS infrastructure, partnering closely with Infrastructure, Data, Product, and Finance teams.

Calendly takes a number of factors into consideration when determining an employee’s starting salary, including relevant experience, relevant skills sets, interview performance, location/metropolitan area, and internal pay equity.
Base salary is just one component of Calendly’s total rewards package. All full-time (30 hours/week) employees are also eligible for our Top Performer Bonus program (or Sales incentive), equity awards, and competitive benefits.
Calendly uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location, or the onsite building location if hybrid, to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current geographic zones are as follows:
