About the Role:

We are looking for a talented leader to spearhead our growth strategy as the Manager of Partners for NA/APAC. In this critical player-coach role, reporting to the VP of Global Partners, you will lead the regional team of Partner Managers and own the execution of our GSI/GSA strategy across North America and Asia-Pacific. You will balance team mentorship with the direct management of two strategic accounts, collaborating closely with Partner Marketing and Sales to drive significant revenue growth and position Camunda as the leader in process orchestration in these key markets.

What you'll be doing:

  •  Lead and drive the NA/APAC Partner Manager team, ensuring the strategy and execution required to surpass partner-sourced and total/involved revenue targets.

  • Take accountability for the execution of our regional GSI/GSA strategy across North America and Asia-Pacific, ensuring high-impact delivery and market penetration.

  • Act as a player-coach by directly managing two strategic partner accounts, focusing on deepening relationships and accelerating pipeline development.

  • Manage and optimize regional partner operations, including GTM planning, quarterly business reviews, and performance tracking, to deliver robust pipeline and revenue.

  • Foster strong alignment between the Partner team and Camunda Sales Management and field resources, ensuring cohesive execution at the field level.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in Partner Management and/or Business Development within the technology sector.

  • Demonstrated repeated success in leading partner engagement plans that consistently exceed revenue targets, preferably in the NA and/or APAC regions.

  • Proven ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with the direct management of strategic partner accounts (GSI/GSA).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage business performance across multiple territories and consistently communicate results via tools like SFDC.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Background in the automation market space or related area in the services industry; international experience is a plus.

  • Strong executive presence and proven negotiation skills.

  • Skilled in presenting complex value propositions to various audiences, particularly Executive and Business stakeholders.

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $279,600.00 to $461,200.00

  • Germany: €180,600.00 to €298,800.00

  • United Kingdom: £175,500.00 to £288,700.00

  • Singapore: S$347,200.00 to S$520,800.00

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
