What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the EMEA Partner Manager team, fostering a culture of high performance to meet and exceed partner-sourced and partner-involved revenue targets.

  • Own the accountability for the execution of our GSI/GSA strategy across EMEA, translating global objectives into actionable regional success.

  • Serve as a player-coach by directly managing two critical strategic partner accounts, driving executive alignment, GTM plans, and pipeline generation.

  • Facilitate a consistent process for partner management—including acquisition, go-to-market plans, quarterly business reviews, and marketing campaigns—to deliver predictable revenue streams.

  • Analyze and manage territory performance using SFDC metrics, delivering clear insights and strategic recommendations on partner performance to executive leadership.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or related fields within the enterprise software industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of leading regional partner engagement strategies that consistently exceeded revenue targets in the EMEA market.

  • Proven ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with the direct management of strategic GSI/GSA relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to manage business performance across multiple territories and communicate results effectively.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Background in the automation, orchestration, or related services industry.

  • Strong executive presence and a proven ability to lead and facilitate C-level interactions.

  • Excellent abilities to influence, build relationships, and establish credibility across diverse internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
