About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join Canary and drive our hiring strategy. This pivotal role is responsible for securing top-tier talent and ensuring we attract, hire, and maintain a robust talent pipeline necessary to fuel our rapid growth. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience at fast-growing technology companies. Experience recruiting for technical roles is a huge plus. We are looking for an energetic self-starter eager to be hands-on with full-cycle recruiting while simultaneously helping to build out and scale our Talent Acquisition function.
