Careem is building the region’s next breakthrough advertising platform and Careem Ads is at the very beginning of that journey. As a Senior Agency Partnerships Manager, you will help shape one of MENA’s most exciting high-growth ad businesses from the ground up. What You’ll Do
1. Lead Agency Relationships & Drive Revenue
● Manage day-to-day relationships with media agency groups across MENA (Publicis, OMG, MCN, Havas, GroupM, etc.).
● Grow share of wallet for Careem Ads’ full-funnel solutions across non-endemic & endemic verticals.
2. Champion Careem Ads Products
● Represent Careem Ads’ full-funnel formats to agency partners.
● Educate planners, strategists, and investment teams on Careem’s unique first-party data, everything app ecosystem, inventory, and product roadmap.
3. Drive High-Quality Commercial Execution
● Work closely with cross-functional teams: Product, Finance, Creative Ops, and Measurement teams to ensure smooth campaign planning, delivery, and pacing.
● Build structured feedback loops from agencies to improve products, formats, reporting, and measurement.
4. Build from the Ground Up
● Actively contribute to establishing processes, playbooks, pitch narratives, and the operating model for Careem Ads.
● Develop scalable agency engagement programs, education hubs, and go-to-market rituals.
Who You Are
● 5–7+ years of experience working in ad sales, or agency partnership roles (TikTok, Snap, Meta, Amazon, Google, or similar preferred).
● Strong understanding of full-funnel brand planning, programmatic, data-driven marketing, and marketplace ecosystems.
● Hustler mindset, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
● Entrepreneurial, energetic, and excited to help build a new business line inside Careem.
● Strong communicator with excellent relationship management across senior agency stakeholders.
