Your Role
As an Operations & Analytics Specialist, you will take ownership of critical tools and processes that support supply chain operations, forecasting, and performance analytics.

- Manage and execute key operational processes, including:
- Box and product-level forecasting
- Box pick logic (from orders to fulfillment)
- Logistics analytics
- Customer care analytics
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on your assigned tools, data flows, and processes
- Work cross-functionally to optimize and streamline data pipelines
- Continuously improve tools, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and smarter operations

Your Experience & Skills
Required:
- 3–5 years in an analytical or operational role
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience owning tools/processes that drive business outcomes
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (automation preferred)
- SQL experience (professional or academic), with ability to write/refine queries
- Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau
- Basic to intermediate experience in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience creating reports/dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and structure complex, unstructured problems
