Role Overview
The Senior Director of Men’s Marketing will own the strategy, vision, and execution for all men’s initiatives across the brand. This role is responsible for defining how the men’s division shows up across digital, retail, content, partnerships, and innovation.
This is a high-impact leadership position for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who can build a breakout men’s business from the ground up while collaborating closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Build and own the full brand and growth strategy for the men’s division across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Define and refine brand positioning, voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity
- Develop and manage an annual brand calendar including launches, storytelling moments, partnerships, and cultural activations
- Ensure consistency and cultural relevance across all consumer touchpoints
Campaign & Content Development
- Lead concept development for campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
- Oversee creative briefs, content strategy, and asset development (photo, video, UGC, creator-led content)
- Drive bold, culturally resonant creative ideas that connect with diverse male consumers
Marketing Execution & Channel Ownership
- Oversee execution across paid media, influencer/creator programs, email/SMS, CRM, social platforms, and retail marketing
- Partner with Growth teams on performance strategy, audience segmentation, and budget allocation
- Develop integrated campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging channels
Consumer Insights & Analytics
- Analyze performance data, audience insights, and category trends to optimize strategy
- Build reporting frameworks that translate data into clear actions and recommendations
- Maintain a deep understanding of men’s grooming behaviors, cultural trends, and textured-hair needs
Product & Innovation Collaboration
- Partner with Product Development and R&D to inform the men’s grooming roadmap
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and consumer feedback to guide innovation
- Ensure launches are fully marketing-ready with clear positioning, claims, education, and go-to-market plans
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing team of marketers, creators, coordinators, and agency partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Growth, Operations, Retail, and PR teams
- Establish KPIs, processes, workflows, and communication rhythms for the men’s division
Partnerships & Cultural Engagement
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships across sports, lifestyle, entertainment, and culture
- Lead relationship-building and negotiations with creators, brand partners, and talent
- Develop a pipeline of culturally relevant moments that elevate brand awareness and affinity
Operational & Leadership Expectations
- Manage and forecast multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and operational standards for team efficiency
- Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
