As a Tech Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact software solutions for our customers. You’ll work closely with clients, product teams and delivery squads to translate business needs into practical technical outcomes, ensuring smooth implementation, strong adoption and long-term value. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a problem solver and the vital link between our customers and our technology.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions to understand client goals, challenges and workflows
• Translate business needs into clear solution designs
• Configure and tailor software to meet client-specific requirements
• Work closely with developers, architects and project managers to support timely delivery
• Assist with testing and go-live activities
• Provide clear, concise status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and onboarding workshops
• Identify opportunities to improve solution delivery and enhance client outcomes
• Share feedback with product teams to support roadmap and feature improvements
• Translate industry regulatory requirements into accurate system configurations
