As the Executive Assistant to our CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our engineering leadership to focus on the highest-value work, drive strategic priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The Role:

• Serve as a trusted partner and right hand to the CTO, managing a dynamic calendar, prioritizing meetings, and protecting focus time.

• Own the CTO’s email inbox—filtering, flagging, and following up to ensure timely responses and clear communication.

• Prepare agendas, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure all participants are prepped for leadership meetings and key decision forums.

• Build and maintain systems for tracking action items, projects, and deliverables across the engineering org.

• Create and polish presentations for all-hands, board meetings, and executive offsites.

• Plan and execute offsites and special events for the CTO and engineering leadership, handling logistics end-to-end.

• Act as a single point of coordination for cross-functional partners, chasing inputs and deadlines without being a bottleneck.

• Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and flag issues before they escalate.

• Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior technology leaders, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.

• Proven mastery of calendar management, inbox triage, and executive communications.

• Ruthless organization and a systems mindset—comfortable building docs, trackers, and repeatable workflows.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong judgment, prioritization, and ability to make decisions within guardrails.

• Experience coordinating across Ops, Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.

• High degree of discretion, trustworthiness, and follow-through.

• Based in the Philippines and able to work US business hours (PT/EST).

• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams, and proficiency with productivity tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack).
