About the Role
As an IT Operations Specialist II (P3), you will provide essential onsite IT support to employees and assist with daily IT operations at our corporate office. This role is fully onsite at our Bengaluru Office, 5 days a week, and ensures that employees have a smooth and reliable technology experience. You will help maintain IT systems, support conference room technology, and provide hands-on assistance for devices and user requests.
This role reports to the IT Operations Manager and works closely with the IT Service Desk, IT Operations Support team, and the Places & Office team.
