About the Department

Our legal team is made up of very accomplished lawyers and staff who comprise a flexible, talented, and very cohesive team.
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally talented, energetic, and friendly attorney to join our legal team based in Austin, TX. As a senior member of the commercial legal team, you will be called upon to handle sophisticated agreements focused on post-sales services such as professional services and support services. This is a mid-senior to senior level legal position that is perfect for a highly qualified lawyer looking for an opportunity in a rapidly scaling company who is open to growth. A typical day in this role involves working closely with our professional services, partnership, finance, sales operations, and special projects teams to review, draft and negotiate contracts with our customers and partners. You may also find yourself working on a number of other legal issues as needed to support business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator who is equally versed in day-to-day legal matters and strategic business thinking. This position will report into our Associate General Counsel, Commercial (Procurement).
