We are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to own and drive the People strategy for one of our most dynamic and fastest growing business units—Counterpart Health. You’ll be a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, designing and implementing people initiatives that scale with the business, elevate employee experience, and shape the future of how we work.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $230,000. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
