We're looking for a talented Software Performance Engineer, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software applications. You will be expected to work autonomously, drive initiatives, and consistently meet high performance standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze performance tests, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to enhance user experience.
This is a hybrid position based in Prague, Czech Republic. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.
Within your first month, you will complete onboarding and mandatory learnings, while becoming familiar with our products, performance testing tools, and benchmarking framework.
Within your third month, you will be actively contributing to performance testing processes — designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to identify bottlenecks and improve system scalability.
Within your sixth month, you will be a direct contributor to performance testing initiatives end to end, helping to identify performance quality improvements across products and teams and will contribute to the creation and enhancement of best practices for performance monitoring and optimization.
