Contentful is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing for the ANZ region to drive regional marketing strategy and execution for our enterprise and commercial go-to-market teams. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery — developing targeted marketing programs that build brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and generate high-quality pipeline across Australia and New Zealand.
As a regional marketing leader, you’ll work in close partnership with Sales, Partner, and Demand Generation teams to design and execute integrated field marketing programs that support growth objectives. You’ll also manage one direct report that will wear many hats, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure flawless execution of field activities, events and assumes the role of a marketing generalist.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence — skilled at building programs that resonate with enterprise audiences while being deeply organized, creative, and data-driven.
