As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Advisor in Landscaping & Lawn Care Operations to provide strategic guidance, share industry insights, and help strengthen operational best practices across the platform.
The Advisor will work closely with leadership to enhance operations, route efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance within the landscaping and lawn care industry. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned industry professional who has led or scaled operations and wants to help shape the next generation of landscape service businesses.
Advise leadership on best practices in maintenance operations, scheduling, and crew management.
Provide guidance on pricing strategy, margin optimization, and service line profitability.
Support development of systems for route planning, job tracking, and customer retention.
Offer insights on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities across maintenance, design-build, and enhancement services.
Mentor operations managers and crew leaders to strengthen accountability and performance.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and process improvements.
10+ years of experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related green industry services.
Proven track record managing or growing multi-crew or multi-branch operations.
Strong understanding of service economics, labor efficiency, and field productivity.
Ability to advise on operational systems, technology adoption, and safety programs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in a flexible, part-time advisory capacity with hands-on involvement as needed.
