CHIEF OF STAFF

We are an operator-oriented investment platform focused on acquiring and scaling lower-middle-market businesses through control investments. We are long-term oriented and partner closely with management teams to drive operational improvement and durable value creation. The firm is currently investing its first institutional fund, with approximately $300 million of committed capital, focused on control-oriented private equity investments across targeted sectors.
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted extension of senior leadership, supporting day-to-day execution while driving coordination, prioritization, and follow-through across the firm. This is a highly visible role combining executive support with strategic and operational initiatives, ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who wants broad exposure to private equity, firm-building, and portfolio activity.
The role overlaps meaningfully with executive support responsibilities but extends into project ownership, internal process development, and cross-functional coordination. The Chief of Staff will help ensure that priorities are translated into action and that the platform operates efficiently as it scales.
Acting as a thought partner and execution arm to senior leadership across investment, business, and firm initiatives
Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple priorities and time zones
Preparing leadership for meetings with investors, business owners, brokers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
Tracking priorities, action items, and deadlines; ensuring follow-through on commitments and initiatives
Coordinating internal workflows across investment, sourcing, operations, finance, and legal functions
Supporting strategic initiatives such as firm planning, hiring coordination, portfolio monitoring, and internal reporting
Assisting with preparation of internal materials, presentations, memos, and ad hoc analyses
Managing document workflows, signatures, data rooms, and sensitive information with discretion
Supporting select portfolio company or transaction-related initiatives as needed
Handling confidential matters with a high degree of judgment and professionalism
4-7+ years of experience in an executive support, chief of staff, operations, consulting, investment, or similar role
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize information clearly
High degree of discretion, judgment, and ownership
Comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
Interest in private equity, investing, and building businesses strongly preferred
$90,000 - $140,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity or other long-term incentive compensation at the Firm’s discretion.
