직무 소개
쿠팡이츠서비스의 Senior Operation Director (Senior Director, Program Management) 는 Delivery Operation 운영 전략 수립 및 실행, Operation 최적화, Supply Chain 관리, 고객 경험 개선 등 쿠팡이츠서비스의 핵심 운영 프로세스를 총괄하는 리더로 데이터 기반의 실행력과 고객 중심의 사고역량을 통해 End-to-End 운영 효율성을 극대화해 고객 만족도를 높이는 데 중점을 둡니다.
