Role Overview

This role works closely with cross-functional teams where it is critical to understand Coupang’s marketing opportunities, formulate cross-functional plans, lead implementation and program-manage initiatives. This requires a deep understanding on a mixture of technical topics like tracking/attribution/user experience and business topics like margins, customers cohorts and category specific nuances. This role is inherently ambiguous and requires a high degree of adaptability, strategic thinking, and leadership without direct authority.

What You Will

• Display Advertising Management:
  • Design, implement, and optimize display advertising campaigns on DSP platforms such as Criteo, Appier, and other programmatic partners and improve ROAS performance.
  • Conduct audience analysis to ensure campaigns target the most relevant audiences at the most relevant frequency using the most relevant creatives.
  • Conduct placement analysis to understand where Coupang's creatives are most effective.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and increase conversion rates.
  • Analyze new customer behaviors and needs to adjust advertising content and delivery strategies.
  • Monitor and report on new customer acquisition performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance using a variety of analytics tools (such as MMPs, Google Analytics and other internal tools).
  • Generate regular reports providing in-depth insights into campaign performance.
  • Develop and adjust marketing strategies based on data analysis and business inputs.
  • Strong understanding of MMPs and related topics e.g. install fraud. Strong undertanding of product feed and related topis e.g. automation, image improvement and other algorithms.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure advertising campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Provide professional advice and training to help team members enhance their skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of program management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Innovative thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry a plus
