Position : Senior Manager, Program Management (Buyability and Selection Quality)

We are looking for a seasoned leader to partner closely with our Business Development team to build programs and methodologies focused on Buyability and Selection Quality. This individual will be responsible for working cross-functionally across various stakeholders including; product teams, engineering teams, catalog teams, and various business leaders. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail, a knack for operational process planning, analytical capabilities and strong business acumen. Additionally, this candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and will own working with multiple operational processes across a wide range of stakeholder teams. The candidate will have a successful track record of collaborative relationship building, program and project management, experiencing leading projects, and reporting and analysis capabilities.

What will you do?

• Create scalable and automated solutions for end-to-end management of new programs in partnership with various internal teams. Develop SOP's for manual management where automation is not possible.
• Drive improvement in operational performance and lead projects in a wide range of topics and initiatives to further expand our business and enhance both our customer’s and partner teams experience.
• Clearly communicates goals, roles, responsibilities, success metrics and desired outcomes to cross functional-project teams and program stakeholders.
• Determines and monitors project / program schedules, progress and risks to ensure results are delivered on time. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed and works with appropriate business partners to develop and collect performance metrics.

Essential Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, program management, or e-commerce
• General problem solver with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills who can deep dive into different problem domains
• Business experience project/ program management, operations, or customer service within eCommerce
• Fluent in English
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• SQL and Tableau experience are strongly preferred
