업무 내용
- IT 서비스를 계획하고 운영하며, 안정적인 IT 현장 사용자 지원을 위해 관련 프로세스를 지속적으로 개선
- IT 인프라 및 엔드포인트 장치의 운영 및 유지보수 서비스 제공, IT 엔드포인트 장치 및 소모품 구매 및 설치

자격요건
- 10년 이상의 관련 업무 경험을 보유하신 분

What You Will Do
- Plan and operate IT services and continuously improve the relevant processes for a stable IT end user support onsite.
- Operate and provide maintenance services in IT infrastructure and endpoint devices
- Perform IT onsite service and site deployment for Business and IT projects or critical initaitves
- Purchase and install IT endpoint devices, Consumables
- Manage IT assets and report regularly ensuring asset compliance and accuracy
- Identify, report, and resolve issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes
- Demonstrate the strong stakeholder management and business relationshp management capability to collaborate cross-functional teams across Coupang
- Perform continuous KPI monitoring and tasks control for an efficient IT operation
- Leading technical innovation and transformation to improve performance and productivity
- Troubleshooting and monitoring server and network - LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues
- Work with internal/external IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects
- Flexible working and onsite presence to support critical business operations or project delivery
- Good at stakeholder & vendor management
Basic Qualifications
- 10 + years of related work experience
- Experience in operation and configuration of IT devices and asset management (PC / PDA / Printer / VC / Network equipment, etc.)
- Experience in Windows/MacBook, Endpoint/MDM security program, Active Directory, Wired/Wireless network, server/storage and other IT infrastructure support
- Have project managment skill and execution exprienece for cross-functional projects
- Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication
- Basic background in network administration and architecture
- Good understanding of access control models and network security
- Basic experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
- Should be Microsoft or Cisco Certified if technical with hands on technical experience for Problem Management/Center of excellence etc.
- Driver License and Vehicle owned
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with Prince 2 or PMP for Project management
- For process related credentials, the candidate should be 6Sigma Belt, Lean Certificate
- Presentation skill to senior leadreship and stakeholderes
- Experience in ITIL based IT service operation or Infrastructure Workplace project
- Experience in a PMP based project
- Experience in providing supports to fulfillment/delivery/customer service center
- Experience in developing or operating the Logistics software (WMS/TMS)
- Experience inOOBE(Out of box experience) Project, Autopilot, DEP, ChromeOS, and so on.
- IT Service Outsourcing Management (SLA, Contacts, Reporting, KPIs)
- Remote IT Service tools and User self-service design experience
- Problem solving ability based on dive-deep and think-systematically mindset

Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
- A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. However, this will not apply where the hiring documents were submitted via the website of the Company or e-mail, or where the job applicant submitted those documents voluntarily without a request from the Company. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.
- A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit It by email ([email protected]). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.
- In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
- The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
