팀 및 직무 정보:
쿠팡이츠는 최근 새롭게 장보기 • 쇼핑 서비스를 앱에 출시하였으며, 이러한 퀵커머스 버티컬 서비스로 유명 브랜드와 다양한 상품을 고객에게 제공하여 빠르게 배송하고 있습니다. Product Designer는 이러한 새로운 이니셔티브를 정의하고 성장을 이끄는 과정에서 주요한 역할을 하게 됩니다. 해당 직무의 디자이너는 사용자의 니즈 충족과 사업 목표 달성을 위해 이해관계자와 긴밀히 협력해야 합니다.
업무:
디자인 프로젝트를 관리 감독하고 Business, Engineering, Product 팀과 협업하여 전략 형성 및 의사 결정
사용자 리서치 및 문제의 인식과 분석을 통한 현 제품 및 서비스의 개선 우선순위 설정
복합적인 문제를 이해하기 위해 깊이 파고들고 (dive deep) 와이어프레임, 프로토타입, High Fidelity 등을 기반으로 솔루션 정리
빠르게 움직이는 환경 속에서 디테일에 집중하며 디자인 품질 유지
체계적으로 생각하여 (think systematically) 직감과 근거 (데이터, 모범 사례 벤치마킹, 테스트 및 분석 등)을 기반으로 고객이 경험하는 문제에 대한 해결책 제시
자격 요건:
7년 이상의 고품질 디자인 창작 경험 및 인터랙션 및 시각적으로 뛰어난 디자인 능력
복잡한 대형 기능, 프로젝트, 프로그램에 대한 전략 및 근거를 개발하기 위한 제품 담당자 및 리더십 팀과의 협업 경험
빠르게 성장하고 변화하는 스타트업 환경 내 여러 팀과의 협업 경험
제품, 경험, 서비스 디자인 주요 요소의 0부터 1까지 리디자인 경험
데이터 및 양적 연구 방법론을 이용하여 제품 디자인 과정/라이프사이클 관련 의사 결정에 활용한 실적에 대한 명확한 이해
사용자 중심 디자인 원칙, 사용자 리서치 기획 및 진행, A/B 테스트, 래피드 프로토타이핑, 사용성

About the team & role:
Coupang Eats has recently launched a Grocery & Shopping delivery service on the Eats app. This quick-commerce vertical brings top brands and a wide selection to customers, delivered in minutes. The Product Designer will be an individual contributor who plays a key role in defining the user experience of this new initiative and help drive its growth. This designer will work closely with stakeholders, focusing on both user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee design projects while coordinating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams to shape the strategy and decision-making.
Set a priority for improvement directions by conducting user research, identifying and analyzing problems of the current products and services.
Dive deep to understand complex problems and refine your solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Assure design quality with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Think systematically and use both intuition and evidence (data, benchmarks of best practices, testing and analysis, etc) to find solutions to customer problems.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience delivering high quality designs, along with excellent visual and interaction skills.
Closely partnered with Product Owners & leadership team to develop strategy and rationale for large and complex features, projects, or programs.
Collaborated with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment, fast paced start-up environment.
0 to 1 experience or experience redesigning major elements of product, experience or service design.
Track record of using data and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision making across the entire product design process/lifecycle.
A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability.
Strong storytelling, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Portfolio demonstrating your work with at least 1 product / design that was released to users with an understanding of target users, user journey and visual design skills.
