Field Sales Representative -Door to Door 37K OTE

Join Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) as a face-to-face fundraiser and help bring life-saving medical work to communities in crisis. You’ll be out in local neighbourhoods, chatting with people and inspiring them to support MSF’s mission.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training, coaching, and all the support you need to shine.

What You'll Do

• Knock on doors and chat with people in residential neighbourhoods
• Spark interest in MSF’s life-saving emergency work
• Inspire people to become monthly supporters
• Keep accurate daily records of your conversations and sign-ups
• Work Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm (part-time options available!)

• €26,000–€27,000 base salary (DOE)
• €12,000+ uncapped commission
• Daily lunch allowance + mileage compensation
• 20 days paid leave + 10 bank holidays
