We are currently seeking a Head of Sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales;
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management;
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets;
- Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise;
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities;
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth;
- Market analysis.
