In this role, you will be on a mission to delight our employees, building a function that is sustainable, scalable, automated, and frictionless. You will work to improve day to day operations of our employee services and implement best practice whilst optimising workflows and HR technology to support the broader People team and Redpin organisation.
The People Operations Team is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle here at Redpin, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits administration, HR Information System (HRIS) as well as key People projects.
What You'll Do
- As Senior People Operations Partner you will be responsible for managing the operations of the entire employee lifecycle for employees predominately for employees in Spain, Portugal, UK, USA, and remote people employed via deel.com in Netherlands, France and Poland.
- You will be the point of contact for all employees, managers, and broader Global People Team liaising with the right stakeholders to support the employee and candidate experience collaborating with Workplace Tech (IT), Finance, Payroll and Workplace & Culture.
- Acting in a customer facing role providing employee support and services on policies and processes as well as helping them get in touch with the right people
- Manage the AskHR@Redpin inbox, prioritising the employee experience and adhering to SLA's in place - escalating when required.
- Generate employment documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, promotion letters, termination documents, probation letters, and more.
- Work on projects to automate manual processes and increase efficiencies such as standardizing and automating employee documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, promotion letters, termination documents and more on a globally consistent basis.
- Benefits - managing benefits portfolio and providing BAU support but also driving vendor management efforts, renewal processes, and review of benefit offerings to drive engagement and talent acquisition.
- Support with benefits administration and management including providing day to day support to employees on our offerings including new joiner enrolment and offboarding terminations.
- Full ownership of our HRIS administration - HiBob - ensuring that all our employee data is 100% accurate and updated. Designing intake, control and QA processes relating to HiBob
- Build reports and dashboards to be shared with People Partners, and Senior Leadership and generally be the point of contact for data/reporting requests
- UK Immigration - owning the policies and the relationship between 3rd party immigration vendor and employees to ensure an effective and smooth experience
- Designing and launching the monthly commission cycles to gather the actual commission payments to be shipped to payroll
- Work closely with People Partners and Talent Solutions Lead to drive initiatives globally and locally for example Performance Review, Compensation Cycles, Engagement Surveys
- Continuous process and policy improvement driven by data, usage results and feedback.
What You'll Need
- At least 7 years of experience of which at least 5 years in a People Operations in a similar role, managing the day-to-day employee lifecycle for the UK and Spain, with other global locations a bonus. Relevant experience includes supporting employees on Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support, engaging with employees on both inbound and outboard direct employee support, generating employee documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks, and more
- Experience with ownership and ensuring integrity of employee data such as new joiner setup, changes in employee data, leavers, and absence management (such as parental, maternity and other leaves) onto relevant People systems, ensuring 100% accuracy for payroll processing.
- Successful track record of redesigning and improving processes using workflow mappings and tooling to automate!
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR Compliance requirements. Experience of international employment law in Spain, USA and/or Australia would be desirable
- Must have had full ownership of data processing of all People input such as new joiners, data changes, leavers, and absence management (such as parental, maternity and other leaves) onto relevant People systems, ensuring 100% accuracy for payroll processing. (Big Plus if you have experience with Hi bob)
