We are looking for a proactive and strategic Manager of Business Development Representatives to join our Sales team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and upscaling our business development department together with our Director of Business Development in New York and Director of Sales in Amsterdam. Your efforts will drive lead generation for our Account Executive team. We are looking for someone with a self-starter attitude, strategic mindset and a proven track record in business development.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to meet pipeline generation targets.
Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching, and performance reviews to elevate skills and productivity.
Own top-of-funnel pipeline metrics and ensure high-quality qualified opportunities for Sales.
Align closely with Sales and Marketing on ICP, messaging, campaigns, and handoff processes.
Build and optimize prospecting cadences, workflows, and outbound strategies.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting standards.
Hire, onboard, and ramp new BDRs effectively.
Partner with RevOps to track KPIs, improve processes, and evaluate tooling.
Develop quarterly prospecting plans and run experiments to improve conversion rates.
Provide performance insights and pipeline forecasts to leadership.
3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to executives and key decision-makers.
Passion for developing talent and coaching a team to success.
A growth mindset and an eye for detail which help you to identify opportunities for improvement in your team and/or the larger organization.
Proactive mindset and excellent project and time management skills.
Fluency in English.
